Locals
One Camera — One Mission
In collaboration with Canon, AB has launched "Locals by Locals" — a photography project where we invite local photographers, aspiring photographers, and anyone who simply loves taking pictures to join us.
Locals by Locals is a project about people, the experiences we create together, and those special moments that are captured when we least expect them.
Together with Canon, we have created a project that tells the story of a football match, the sense of community, and the local environment surrounding it. These moments and images are captured by different people — everyday fans, aspiring photographers, and local photographers alike.
At every home match at Gladsaxe Stadion, the photographers of the day will be equipped with a Canon camera and encouraged to capture as many moments as possible. The best photos will be shared here on the website and across our social media channels. Each year, the very best images will be collected in our "Locals by Locals" photobook, which will be available for purchase in our shop and at selected retailers.
The Concept
5 rules · 1 cameraTwo photographers per match.
Capture people, emotions, and the unique experiences that are created.
No sports photography of the players or the match. The focus is on the fans and the people at the stadium.
After the match, the camera is returned to AB's project lead, who, together with Canon, will select the best photos from the day to be shared.
The Photo of the Season will receive a great grand prize from Canon. The winning photo will also be produced in large format and as posters, available for fans and others to purchase.
