Akademisk Boldklub Gladsaxe and Nordsj\u00e6lland Sportsfysioterapi (NSF) have entered into a cooperation agreement that comes into force with immediate effect. The agreement means that NSF will provide a physiotherapist for AB’s first team, who will be available for training and matches. The physiotherapist will be responsible for examining, treating injuries, prevention (taping, screening) and rehabilitation of the team’s players. In addition, U17 and U19 players will also have the opportunity for treatment. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The agreement ensures AB’s first team receives the best possible treatment and injury prevention. NSF’s physiotherapists will be present during all training sessions and matches and will be able to perform treatments and examinations on site. Players with acute injuries will also have the opportunity to be examined and treated at the NSF clinic, where ultrasound scans, shockwave treatment and use of AlterG and the training center are available. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

“We are extremely pleased to be able to enter into this agreement with Nordsj\u00e6lland Sportsfysioterapi,” says AB’s CEO, Erik Stover. “It means that our players will have access to the best treatment and injury prevention, which is important to us as a club. We look forward to a good collaboration with NSF.” <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Michael Knudsen, owner of Nordsj\u00e6lland Sportsfysioterapi, adds: “We are proud to work with AB and contribute to the club’s success on the pitch. Our physiotherapist will do everything to ensure that the team’s players are healthy and can perform at their best on the pitch.”<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
